Error parsing XSLT file: \xslt\mainNewsImage.xsltLeedsstudents studying drama are hoping to wow the city's theatre-goers with a new production of Aladdin.
Undergraduates fromLeedsMetropolitanUniversitywill put on the show in the city centre, with the third-year students responsible for all aspects of the operation.
The degree students have looked after the marketing and press for the production, as well as what will be taking place on stage during the performance.
The show has been billed as a "modern twist" on the classic tale.
Frankie Farrow, one of the students organising the pantomime, said: "We have had chance to experience all elements of promoting an event; from liaising with outside marketing companies and online magazines to managing budgets and designing and distributing our own marketing materials.
"The process has been enjoyable as well as valuable and we now feel more commercially astute and confident in entering the professional working environment."
