Letting Process
Student letting process.
1.

You can view our properties online by using the property search, register with us and we will keep you updated. Telephone our office on 0113 246 9395 to discuss your requirements or request our brochure to be sent to you.

Arrange a viewing with us on 0113 246 9395 – you can meet at our office and we will transport you there or at the property.

3.
|
Once you have you have found your ideal property with us make an appointment for signing at our office 0113 246 9395.
|
4.
|
At your signing appointment, which will last about one hour maximum we will read through our terms and conditions and the tenancy agreement to make sure you understand how your tenancy will work and how we work. Please remember to bring with you the following
a) Student ID card
b) £250.00 Deposit ( Please note we now accept debit/credit cards )
c) National Insurance Number
Please remember You can only sign for your property if there is at least half of the tenants who are proposing to take the property present at the appointment.
