Professional Properties

Our Professional Properties range from one bedroom apartments to 5 Bedroom townhouses and are situated across West Yorkshire. Our focus is to provide homes which exceed expectations, providing properties for those who prefer to rent instead.

Our professional lettings portfolio ranges across West Yorkshire and in many areas of Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Horsforth, Headingley, Brighouse and Burley. Positioned with commuters in mind, our properties provide options for travel to and from work with train stations, bus routes and the M62 all close by. A combination of professional lets in good locations and easy commute to Leeds City Centre.

Pickard Properties has dispelled the myth that all developers shoehorn as many flats as possible into buildings and has instead breathed new life into old chapels, textile mills, Victorian properties and stone-built villas to make its spacious apartments as unique as our tenants.

Pickard Properties is an established company and opened its many doors over half a century ago. Back then student houses were our core market, but now Pickard Properties has successfully grown its professional portfolio since 2004 and now has an eclectic mix of houses, apartments, refurbished and converted Textile Mills, Chapels, Stone Villas and also New-Build Apartments and Townhouses. Our flagship Build to Rent developments, Spinning Acres and Masons on the Green are now pushing the boundaries in terms of how Landlords can operate professionally and how rental can be a serious long-term option for people.

We have many professional properties and professional house shares consisting of one, two and three-bedroom apartments available for let. In recent years an addition of four, five and two bedroom houses at our Spinning Acres site have provided some high-end rentals for company lets, international executives and business owners who prefer to let instead.

The thoughts of the costs in maintaining a home when pursuing other ventures whether they are business or leisure is now much more appealing.

We are very proud of our excellent customer service in the field of professional letting and we have built a good foundation for more exciting developments to come. Watch this space!
