Voted No.1 by the students of Leeds - An independent survey carried out by the Leeds University Union.
Pickard was ranked top by the students who completed the survey, one of the key things to come out of this research was to pinpoint good landlords and Pickard were survey winners.
One of the key things to come out of the LUU housing research was that students wanted a list of good landlords to rent from. So in November 2006, we asked students to rate their landlord. Over 2000 responded and from this we have compiled a list of good landlords and noted the ones that students would not recommend.
Over 2000 University of Leeds students responded to the survey.
The table below shows the landlords who came out well or reasonable well in the Rate Your Landlord survey that over 2000 students responded to. The list shows those who received 55% or more tenants recommending them. Those that received less than 55% are not listed.
' It is very satisfying that all our hard work has paid off.
