Please note that our office opening hours are Monday – Friday 9 – 5:30pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays we are closed. In the event of our staff being unavailable during these times, messages can still be left on our main reception number 0113 2469395, whereby messages will be retrieved and actioned on the same/ the next working day.
However, in the event of an emergency* occurring out of office hours, you can call 0845 018 0965 whereby a dedicated team will be able to gather information, provide advice and instruct a member of our maintenance team to attend to the property if absolutely necessary. Examples: to secure the property following a break in or malicious attack and indeed any other emergencies* which would deem to put you and your housemates at risk to Health and Safety.
*Priority One – Emergency Repairs
Any repairs required in order to avoid a danger to health, risk to the safety and security of residents or serious damage to buildings or residents’ belongings. Within 24 hours of report of the defect.
Priority Two – Urgent Repairs
Repairs to defects which materially affect the comfort or convenience of the residents. Within 5 working days of report of the defect.
Priority Three – Non Urgent day to day repairs
Reactive repairs not falling within the above categories. Within 28 days of report of the defect.
Please therefore remember to store 0845 018 0965 in to your mobile phones, in the event of needing out of hours assistance at your property. The office should receive acknowledgement of any calls received, together with any action taken/ to be taken, and relevant notes will be placed on your tenancy file. This initiative has been running effectively for a couple of years, of which we hope is of benefit to our tenants. Any feedback is appreciated if, as and when this service is used.
