Step 1: Looking for a house
You can view our professional house shares online 24/7. Register your details with us and we will let you know when your perfect property for rent in Leeds becomes available. You can message us online or call our office on 0113 246 9395 to discuss your requirements.
Step 2: Seen a property you like
The next step is to contact us to arrange a viewing. We are flexible regarding viewing times and will always try to accommodate you.
Step 3: Found your perfect home
If you would like to apply for one of our properties for House share professionals, you can sign up in the office and complete a details/ application form. Once we have received your application together with your non-refundable application fee of £35 and your agreed security deposit the property is reserved for you.
We can take payments by direct debit, by credit or debit card or online, so you so you can choose the most convenient method for your needs. Details of Fees.
The credit check will tell us if you have any bad credit History, CCJs or bankruptcy and whether you will be able to afford the rent, based on your income. It may be that you will need a guarantor to act for you or it may be that you will have to pay for your rent in advance for the full period of tenancy if your credit is not good.
We will also carry out a ‘right to rent’ cheque and will require details from your passport ID.
Before moving into a property, payment of the first month’s rent and deposit must be made by debit or credit card (a handling charge will apply to credit cards) or via our online payments system. Keys can be issued when the payment has been received.
The signing of your tenancy agreement, Tenancy Deposit Scheme paperwork and direct debit form, and the handover of keys will take place at the office.
