Cloth Halls consists of 31 one and two bedroom apartments set in our unique award winning Spinning Acres Development situated in Far Headingley.

Externally, the building has been designed to complement the Victorian architecture in the surrounding area of Far Headingley using Yorkshire stone and featuring pitched, slate roofs. The entrance is approached by a landscaped forecourt with neat, tidy lawns – which will be maintained by Pickard Properties and the car park will include electric vehicle charging points. A double height feature window to the front of the building creates an imposing and stylish entrance to the apartment building, the tastefully-lit maple veneered panels within, which line the entrance hallway, providing a welcoming ambience.



The main living space benefits from large, double glazed bay windows at ground and first floor levels with a leafy vista from all floors while top floor apartments, in keeping with the influence of the Victorian era, have wonderfully high ceilings including Velux roof lights and electric blinds, providing a high standard of natural daylight.

Bathrooms by Yorkshire firm, Scudo, create spaces which exude style and sophistication while blending modern innovation with the timeless appeal of classic bathroom design. Modern glass shower cubicles, brilliant white, wall-hung washbasins and sanitary ware are complemented by five different combinations of tiles throughout the development in both smooth and ridged tiles with a focus on texture to create interest.

All large double bedrooms come with an ample array of power points and feature fitted slide robes, perfectly suited to the creation of smart and uncluttered space.
